Willie & Bec were wonderfull clients who came to Hunter Homes with a vision for a modern, spacious new home on a section they had just purchased in the new Farringdon Subdivision Rolleston, Canterbury.

After much thought and discussion from all parties, Ian Ensor from Ensor Consulting in conjunction with Hunter Homes came up with a Design that ticked all the boxes for Willie and Bec.

The project was a great success with budgets being met and project finishing on time .

"Finlay is the ultimate professional, and was able to ensure we enjoyed the excitement of our first build while sticking to a tight project management schedule and maintaining quality and cost control throughout. Having never built before, it gave us confidence to to have Finlay project manage our build like it was his own. Finlay could have just built what we'd asked for according to the plan but he went out of his way to understand what we were trying to achieve and make recommendations to us that he thought would suit us best. While he found plenty of cost-efficiencies, he also wasn't shy to suggest where he considered it good value to spend a little more on product, a sub-contractor or idea to do with design. He didn't have a large team and it was clearly evident he wants to control the quality of his work, with an excellent eye for detail and workmanship. I would happily recommend Finlay to build again"
